Once you've successfully booked a class through our Schedule & Booking page, you will receive a confirmation email. Approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled start time, a separate email will be sent containing a direct link to join the live online session. Please ensure your email client allows messages from [email protected] to avoid missing this important link. We recommend joining a few minutes early to test your connection.
For most of our online classes, a comfortable space where you can move freely is the primary requirement. A yoga mat is highly recommended to provide cushioning and grip, though it's not strictly essential for all types of classes. Optional props like yoga blocks, straps, or a blanket can enhance certain poses and offer modifications, but feel free to improvise with household items if you don't have them. Crucially, ensure you have a stable internet connection and a device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) equipped with a working camera and microphone so you can interact with your instructor and classmates if desired.

New monthly subscribers are eligible for a special 7-day free trial, granting you unlimited access to our live and on-demand classes during that period. Alternatively, if you prefer to try a single class, you can purchase a 'Drop-in Pass' directly from our Membership / Pricing page. This allows you to explore our offerings at your own pace.

As a valued Breathe Wellness member, you'll gain exclusive access to our extensive on-demand library. Most of our live classes are recorded and made available for playback within 24 hours of their original broadcast. This means you can catch up on your practice at a time that suits you best, ensuring you never miss out on your wellness journey. Non-members do not have access to the on-demand library.

You can access all your membership details, including billing information and cancellation options, by logging into your personal account portal on our website.
